THE SHORES

The lake front land offers panoramic views of the lake and neighboring mountain ranges.   The Ranch waterfront beauty is enriched by elegant rock formations and gently sloped stone beaches.   The peaceful waterfront setting is accented with lush mature forest and vegetation covering the land. 

THE RANGE

The Range over Kootenay Lake offers spectacular views of the deep blue Kootenay Lake and majestic Selkirk Mountain Range to the west.  Pilot Bay Peninsula hills and the Purcell Mountain Range rise up east of the property.  The upland range property provides a balance of young and old forest growth covering the grand elevation land and tranquil summit property. 

Across the lake from the Ranch rises the Kokanee Glacier Provincial Park and local area hot springs.

THE RIDGE

The Ridge on Kootenay Lake provides land with magnificent views of the lake accented by the stunning Selkirk Mountains to the west, and glorious Purcell Mountains to the east.  This upland property contains a lovely blend of adolescent and mature forest.   West of the ridge land is Topsy Meadow, with the Meadow Ridge upland overlooking the serene sea of lush green grass and trees.

The upland range area is adjacent to the beautiful Pilot Bay Provincial Park.
