Since 1971, we have carefully managed and guided the land saddling the western side of Pilot Bay Peninsula. 

Today we are home to over 110 acres of waterfront and rising summit terrain.

OUR LANE

A peaceful ride south along the west shore of Pilot Bay Peninsula brings you to The Ranch.  Our waterfront land is nestled between Osprey Bay and Eagle Bay, just south of Kootenay Bay.  To the east rises up the range land with magnificent views.  To the south lies the meadowland.

The shoreline property offers panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountain ranges.  The Ranch waterfront beauty is enriched by elegant rock formations and gently sloped beaches.  The peaceful lakefront setting is accented with lush mature forest and vegetation covering the land.
